The packers and movers were exceptional! Dana checked in on them each day (and) was fantastic. She was very responsive to any questions I had. Mike was very personable when he came to the home to provide the estimate. He was responsive and professional.
This dynamic team worked well together and assisted each other as needed. The leads were terrific (Justin and Dimitris) and kept everything moving along at a wonderful pace. They made this process a very painless one. I’d commend everyone who connected with me during this process. These folks are very customer service oriented and I appreciated that. I also appreciate that no one asked me to score them “high” on a performance survey. I look forward to working with the same team when I move into my new home.
