All in all, the move went well and I was happy with the gentleman and your company. I understand that things can not go as planned all the time, and mistakes happen. Moving is an undertaking on both sides and stressful for the person moving, but your company made it easier! I have to comment on James Woods. He’s wonderful, delightful, well organized, he took his time evaluating my items and left me feeling I’d be taken care of. You have an excellent employee on your staff. Ashley was also pleasant with me in handling my situation.
